Year 9 students spent Tuesday 14th June taking in campus life with a whirlwind tour of the University of Salford.
Spending time in a lecture theatre learning about the higher education routes available to them, the students also took part in a quiz about the range and courses and societies which form part of university life.
Year 9s had the time and opportunity to speak to current students about their experiences of the university and courses in an illuminating tour around campus facilities and accommodation blocks.
The day out was capped off with an entertaining performance from theatre group 2Engage, highlighting the life choices available to young people considering higher education.
